We can provide refunds for any purchases/payments within the last 7 days as long as you haven't purchased/downloaded assets since your last payment.
If you’re not happy with your LotPixel subscription for any reason and you haven’t purchased any assets since your last payment you can contact us to receive a full refund of any payments made within the last 7 days.
To request a refund contact us at [email protected] with the email you used to make the purchase.
If your refund request is valid we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. It may then take a few days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your banking provider.
